Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by United HVAC Electrical & Plumbing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

United HVAC provides professional plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs
  • HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Electrical system installation and repairs
  • Preventive maintenance services

Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance, except for emergency services. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Pricing and Payment

Estimates

We provide upfront pricing for most services. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen complications discovered during service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Checks (subject to approval)
  • Financing options (for qualified customers)

Warranties

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

  • Labor warranty: 1 year on all services
  • Parts warranty: Manufacturer’s warranty applies
  • Installation warranty: Varies by service (typically 1-5 years)

Warranties may be void if unauthorized modifications or repairs are made to the system.

Limitation of Liability

United HVAC’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except where prohibited by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about service needs
  • Ensuring access to work areas
  • Securing pets during service visits
  • Informing us of any known hazards

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
